Who am I?
With over 25 years in technology spanning telecommunications, high-performance computing (HPC), and cloud computing, I bring a diverse background in leading engineering and product management organizations. Over the past 12 years at AWS, I've had the privilege to contribute to and lead several impactful initiatives:
AWS CloudFormation Led a 100+ person team to scale and enhance one of AWS's foundational services.
AWS Lambda Oversaw a 100+ person engineering organization, focusing on placement optimization and resource utilization.
AWS Wavelength Established the 5G engineering team and led the launch of this market-first mobile edge computing (MEC) service.
Amazon API Gateway Directed product management, achieving 2x YoY growth for two consecutive years.
AWS Batch Built and launched this service at AWS re:Invent 2016 to simplify batch computing at scale.
AWS ParallelCluster (formerly CfnCluster): Proposed, developed, and launched this open-source cluster management tool.
I鈥檓 fundamentally a builder, passionate about diving deep into technical details while nurturing and growing the teams I lead. My approach is driven by the belief that solving hard problems for customers鈥攖hose that unlock what's unique to their businesses鈥攃reates lasting impact.
I鈥檓 currently exploring opportunities in both engineering and product management roles that allow me to remain deeply technical while driving business growth. I am open to partial (CTO/CPO) roles, consulting and also full-time for the right opportunity.
